I upgraded to the eyelash version of the sleep mask. A very worthwhile step as the mask is very comfortable, around the eyes and definitely around the ears. Glad I bought two.

This is actually life changing. I’ve used silk eye masks for a long time and finally realized the tight band might be contributing to my chronic head tension; decided to buy this one with an adjustable strap. WHOA. It’s incredible what a difference this mask makes. Not only is it more comfortable, it blocks out light completely, and something about its unique shape—truly an “eye pillow” rather than a mere eye mask—that cradles my head in the most soothing way. I’m sleeping more deeply than I have in a long time. Wild. I’m a side sleeper and after the first night adjustment I’m sleeping great.

I frequently have to leave a light on for my husband who comes to bed later than me but I like sleeping in utter darkness. The light doesn't bother me any more - the drowsy sleep mask is truly amazing ad I have slept more solidly since wearing it.
