Order cut off time for same day despatch is 12:00am (CST Timezone)
We typically ship your order within 24 - 48 hours. (excludes weekends and bank holidays). During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that).
Tracking info will be sent to your designated email address when your orders ships.

There will be a 2-business day extension for the Black Friday/Cyber Monday rush from November 28 through December 5, 2025.

- Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) - please place orders before 12pm (CST) Monday December 15.
- Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days) - please place orders before 12pm (CST) Friday December 19.
- Express Overnight (From Dispatch) - Please place orders before 11am (CST) Monday December 22
PO Box, Alaska and Hawaii - please place orders before 2pm (CST) Monday December 15.

Shipment processing time
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders received by 12:00PM CST will be despatched the same day. With regards to the first shipping day this is the first working day after the collection.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
